Grilled fish filled with spinach, tomato and mozzarella, topped with a creamy wine sauce and served with chefs veg and potatoes.
Rigatoni pasta with roast vegetables, feta cheese and a kumara and coconut sauce
Dessert
Mango and passion fruit mousse
